Exchange and Returns
At Original Marines Outlets, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our policy regarding exchanges, manufacturing defects, and order errors.
1. Returns
We do not offer refunds for purchases made online or in-store. However, you may exchange your item under the conditions outlined below.
2. Exchanges
You may exchange your product for a different size or another item in-store only within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The original box, voucher, and label are present.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Exchanges can be made:

In-store: Present your product along with the voucher and packaging.
3. Incorrect Orders or Manufacturing Defects
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or the wrong product, we will replace it free of charge.
In such cases:

We will cover all return and reshipping costs.

The replacement process will begin once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
4. Conditions for Acceptance
To qualify for an exchange or replacement:

The item must be in new condition, with its box, label, and voucher.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
5. How to Request an Exchange or Replacement
Exchanges are available in store only (not online) within 15 days of receiving your order.
To complete your exchange, please visit one of our store locations and bring:

Your order number or proof of purchase

The item in its original condition
Our in-store team will assist you with selecting your preferred replacement item or size and guide you through the process.
